I help high-achieving mothers go from “blah” to “yeehaw”. But what does this mean exactly besides sounding, as the kids say these days, “cringe”?

I felt “blah” for many years after I had my 2 sons. And don’t get me wrong, I felt and still feel INCREDIBLY grateful and joyful to be a mother of 2 healthy children. What made me feel blah wasn’t having children, it was the challenge of trying to be the perfect parent, employee, daughter, and partner with limited time and energy.

Becoming a mother was the best thing that ever happened to me AND I also struggled with how to keep everything together AND find work where I could be a present parent AND care for myself. It took awhile to find the immense joy and energy I feel now.
